At least she'll protest if she's kidnapped

Over the past few weeks Dylan has developed a charming little case of stranger anxiety. She goes from zero to hysterical in 0.3 seconds upon being passed to someone new and then back to zero again when Aaron or I take her back. She warms up to people after an hour or two, but it takes some sweet talking and when she gets tired she wants no more of you.

However. She can be quite daring from the safety of the shopping cart. We had to stop and chat with like six different people at the grocery store the other day because she was squeaking and grinning at them so much. The girl who works in the international section recognized her from the last time we were there because she liked Dylan's hair.

She was sick for a while so we gave her a pillow to keep her head elevated so the snot would drain out of her little face better. I think she likes it, because when I go to put her down for a nap she's like, why don't I just rest...my...head...here...while...I...scream...zzzzzzzzzz

We have to fill out a form for the teachers in Dylan's new classroom. One of the questions is "What do you like best about your child?" So far it's a toss up between Is good in restaurants and Doesn't cry in the jogging stroller.
