Now she will yell if she is kidnapped from daycare also

When Dylan learned how to use her hands and started sitting up, her mood improved dramatically. Consequently, her mood had nowhere to go but down with the crawling. It's like it helped her figure out that we can get away from her whenever we want and she can't keep up and she doesn't liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiike it. Whenever Aaron or I are within crawling radius (approximately 4-5 Dylan-lengths at present) we look down to find a fluffy little head pathetically butting into our shins.

She has also been getting creative with the separation anxiety. Like, she is having it at daycare when neither one of her parents is around to separate from her. She will only let one of her teachers feed her and she cries when that teacher leaves the room or when anyone besides her three teachers comes in her room. And she hasn't even switched rooms yet.

A few people have told me that she is an easygoing baby. I do not think that is the case. If she is happy, it is because she is in a good mood and what you are doing at this moment does not happen to offend her. When she is going through a new stage and is in general anxiety mode she is intense about it, and even the people who deal with babies all day every day seem really frazzled by her. On the other hand, when she is happy she is equally intense about it. Today all the other classrooms at daycare were out on the lawn because they had just finished the March of Dimes walk. I chatted with a few of the teachers on my way in. On my way out with the baby one of them was like, oh, I didn't know you were Dylan's mom.
