Two days ago we had a nutrition lecture. Did anyone grow up in an area without fluoridated water? Like Ithaca?
I had to raise my hand so everyone could laugh at me. We don't talk usually about that dark time.

wait a second, the water in ithaca wasn't fluoridated? I always tell my dentists that I DID grow up with fluoride in the water and they say, ah, that's why your teeth are so nice.
I remember having to take fluoride pills growing up, and getting fluoride treatments at the dentist. I just looked it up and it looks like it has never been fluoridated.
I just don't know who to trust anymore.
